His National Centre Dublin athletes can complete the two rounds in under 30mins, including the break, but low to mid-30s is a great achievement for us normal folk!

Here’s the exercises in order from first to last – when dropping exercises, you start by losing the last one in the list:

1. Squats

2. Yoga Press Up with Opposite Foot Touch

3. Sit Ups

4. Burpees

5. Single Leg Romanian with Superman Arms

6. Wide Arm Row using weights or resistance band

7. Double Crunch

8. Jumping Jacks

9. Russian Twist
