VENUE: University of Limerick

FEES ; €5 per individual event, €16 per relay . Fees must be paid at least one week prior to the
competition. Changes CANNOT be made after fees have been paid.


CLOSING DATE ; 10th. January 2022 Late entries will NOT be accepted.


ALL SWIMMERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH SWIM IRELAND

Age Up Date 31st. December 2022


All competing clubs must provide at least one official per six swimmers per session
up to a maximum of three officials per session.


CLUBS MUST NOMINATE A MAXIMUM OF TWO SCORING SWIMMERS PER EVENT WHEN
SUBMITTING THEIR ENTRIES. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN ALL SWIMMERS
BEING MARKED

2 rounds per season with each round consisting of 2 meets

Round 1 October (Short Course), December (Short Course)
Round 2 January (Short Course), March (Optional Long Course)


Awards: No medals will be awarded.

Team awards will be given to the top 3 highest scoring teams on completion of Round 1 and Round 2 and most improved team on completion of Round 2. Please refer to the Scoring System below


Events: 10yrs swim 4 x 50m, 100m IM, 25m Free Kick

11yrs swim 3 x 100m, 1 x 50m Butterfly, 200m IM, 25m Free Kick
12yrs swim 3 x 100m, 200m Free, 200m IM, 25m Free Kick

Mixed 4 x 25m MTR must be at least 1 female and 1 male and 1 athlete from each
age group on the team and all swimmers must be competing in the competition

6 x 25m FTR 1 male and 1 female from each age group (10, 11, 12yrs) and all
swimmers must be competing in the competition


Entries: No qualifying times will be published, and the meet will be open to all athletes aged 10 to 12 years registered as competitive members. Regions may decide to limit the number of entries per athlete and/or the number of relay entries per club.


Relays & Withdrawals:

Clubs are permitted to enter more than one relay team per event, but only one team per club will be awarded points. The names of the four relay team members  swimming in the race and the order of swimming must be declared on the official Team Declaration Sheet and submitted to the Swim Office Table no later than 60 minutes before the start of the session in which the race takes place. Failure to do so will be subject to a fine of €50 (without exception) and disqualification of the relay team.
All athletes competing in relays must be entered in the meet (even if they are not swimming in individual events). Relay teams that swim in an order that is different from the declared order of swimming shall be disqualified Withdrawals must be made as directed by the Meet Organiser.

1. Each club is allowed to nominate a maximum of two scoring entries per individual event and one scoring entry per relay event per age group.

2. Swimmers can only score in two individual events per meet

3. Swimmers who have achieved a qualifying standard for the Super Series may not score in that same event

4. Additional swimmers and relays will be designated exhibition which means they get a time and a place, but they do not score toward the team total. Exhibition  swimmers and relays appear on the meet sheet with an “x” before their seed time.

When entering the swimmer, enter the swimmers as normal in the events in which they wish to swim and then decide on the events in which you wish the swimmer to score. On events where they are not to score tick the box marked “EXH” for those events. Please remember that swimmers can only score in two events. This will  also apply to relays but only one relay can score.
