Swim Ireland is delighted to bring you a seven week webinar series beginning the 21st September. The series is aimed at teenage girls, parents, and coaches providing education, support and assistance on their journey as an athlete in aquatic sports.
These webinars will include external speakers to present on areas of menstrual cycle, nutrition, and life skills along with managing other types of changes.
