The annual club affiliation will open as normal on Tuesday 1st September.

We do recognize that many clubs are facing uncertainty and challenges so to further support clubs in this regard we have made some changes for the 2020-2021 season only:

  • Early affiliation discount has been increased from 5% to 10%
  • Deadline to obtain the discount has been extended by 2 weeks to 14th October 2020
  • Overall affiliation deadline has also been extended by 2 weeks to 31st October 2020
  • Water Polo license fee was been waived by the National Water Polo Committee for the 2020/2021 season

We will be holding Affiliation Workshops by virtual webinar on Tuesday 1st September @ 19:30 and Friday 4th September @ 11:00. To book a place search “Club Affiliation” in the Events and Courses page of Swim Ireland Membership Database.

We will be launching a series of Membership Database Tutorial videos on Monday 17th August, which will be available in the Membership Database section of the Club Resource Library and in the Clubs and Community Tutorials on our YouTube channel.

We are here to support you and your club through the affiliation process. If any club is facing difficulties they should contact their club support officer at the earliest opportunity.
