Summer Nationals 2024 in UL. This was a wonderful experience for Owen and over the 4 days he swam in 9 events and achieved some amazing PBs in most of these swims. Day 1 Owen swam the 200m Freestyle and 100m Breaststroke with PBs in both. Day 2 50m Freestyle and 200m Backstroke with a PB. Day 3 100m Freestyle, 200m Breaststroke with a 13 second PB and into the Final. He also swam 100m Backstroke with a new PB too. Day 4 was 400m Freestyle and 200m IM with PBs again in both. Super results and again all the hard work Owen has put in this year in his training and across all the events he has attended are a testament to him. Well done Owen and keep up the great work.
