Notes for Parents
1. There is a limit to the number of spectators the pool will allow and so we will have someone on the door monitoring numbers. We expect approximately 40 parents as spectators at any one time.

2. Swimmers will be in the gallery. Parents and spectators will be in the area beside the notice board. Parents are asked not to go into the gallery as this will be the “call room” for swimmers preparing for their swims.

3. Parents doing timekeeping duties need to wear POOL SHOES

4. There will be programmes available on the day to purchase for 2e

5. Swimmers will each receive a Certificate of Swimming on the day and a treat bag.

6. Children will need:

– Their normal swimsuit/togs

– Club hat ideally if they have one otherwise their own hat is fine

– Goggles x 2 (in case one snaps wear in training to try out before gala)

– Shorts and T-Shirt to wear between races. Light jersey is fine.

– Water bottle already filled with swimmers name on it

– Towels x 1 (if there for a full day)

– Flip flops (for around poolside)
