Sessions:
Saturday 9th – Session 1 – Warm up 5PM Start 5.30PM.
Sunday 10th – Session 2 – Warm up 7.30AM Start 9AM. Session 3 – Warm up 1.15PM Start 2.30PM.
Fees: €7 per Individual Event
Cameras / Videos: It is a requirement at this facility that anyone who wishes to take photographs or videos on the premises during the gala, must first register at the front desk and provide PHOTO ID.
Deadline for entries: Thursday 24th March, no late entries will be accepted

Skins Final: This is a medley “Skins” event. The top 6 fastest 200IM girls and boys in both age groups 14&under and 15&over plus 2 reserves, will be announced after event 12. The swimmers MUST advice New Ross at the announcers table that they intend to participate after their name is called. The event consists of 5 rounds of 50m swims, stroke selection based on a draw before the start and immediately after each round. Rounds alternate between males and females every 1.5minutes. There will be a prize for the winners.
