TRAINING HOURS (2020-2021)

A squad

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Doors open 6.20 am.

In the water 6.30am to 7.45am, all must be out of the facility by 8am.

Sharks squad

Saturday and Sunday. Doors open 8.20am in the water 8.30am to 9.30am, all must be out of the facility by 9.45am.

Stingrays squad

Saturday and Sunday. Doors open 9.20am, in the water 9.30am to 10.30am, all must be out of the facility by 10.45am.

Otter squad

Saturday. Doors open 11.20am, in the water 11.30am to 12.15pm, all must be out of the facility by 12.30.pm.

Sunday. Doors open 10.20am, in the water 10.30am to 11.30am, all must be out of the facility by 11.45am.

Eels squad

Saturday. Doors open 10.20am, in the water 10.30am to 11.30am, all must be out of the facility by 11.45am.

Sunday. Doors open 11.20am, in the water 11.30am to 12.15pm, all must be out of the facility by 12.30pm.
