Sunday marked the last day of the Irish Championships, the big Summer Nationals in Dublin. For the Clonmel swimmers, it was the end of a long, exciting week where they left everything in the pool racing against some of the best talent in the country.

The team really stepped up, showing the kind of grit and determination that comes from months of training back home. Every swim felt like a chance to prove themselves, and they didn’t back down from the challenge.

In the photos below you can spot Toby, Kevin, Ethan, and Victoria, along with their coach Niamh. Each of them had their own moments over the week, but together they carried the Clonmel name with pride. For Niamh, it was just as much about guiding, encouraging, and keeping spirits high as it was about race tactics.

By the end of the weekend, it wasn’t just about times on the clock — it was about the experience, the memories, and the sense of being part of something bigger. For these swimmers, competing on the national stage was a huge step, and it’s only the start of what’s to come
