DESCRIPTION:Dear members,\nNotice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting. The AGM will take place on Wednesday 27th September 2023 at 7.30pm. Talbot Hotel Clonmel. \nAll members or parents/ guardians of members are requested to attend.\nThe following documents are attached to this email:\n\nCommittee nomination form, including terms of office for current committee\nMotion form\nNotice of motions\nClub constitution – current (proposed constitution will follow shortly)\nMinutes of last year’s AGM.\n\nNominations are invited for all roles on the committee. Where more than 1 valid nomination per position is received an election will be held. The committee is required to have a minimum of eight committee members.\nIt is proposed that we will update the club constitution, following an update to the Swim Ireland constitution template in recent months. It is the intention of the club to adopt the Swim Ireland template.\nAll nomination and motion forms must be returned to clonmelswimmingclub1993@gmail.com ( mailto:clonmelswimmingclub1993@gmail.com ) by 6pm on Wednesday 13th.\n
