Events will be seeded  by entry times and not age. All entries must include an entry time for seeding and are limited to 8 events per swimmer. This is a level 3 meet and swimmers should be proficient for this level. Results will be divided into male and female age groups, 12 and under, 13-14 and 15+. The emphasis will be on keen competition in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.\n \nMeet Manager 5 will be used to run the gala. Hy-Tek entry files can be emailed to galasecretary@wexfordswimmingclub.ie ( mailto:galasecretary@wexfordswimmingclub.ie ) ONLY. A Swim Ireland Registration Number must be included for all swimmers. Entries will only be accepted from club gala secretaries.\n \nRace results will be posted and distributed via Meet Mobile during the meet and a copy of all times/results will also be made available to clubs at the conclusion of the gala. Results will also be uploaded to the Leinster Swimming database.\nIf the meet becomes oversubscribed, the organizers reserve the right to limit heats and entries to ensure the meet runs to its license conditions and time allocated. Clubs will be notified of any exclusions and changes as soon as all entries have been received.\n \nRefreshments will be available to purchase on site. Lunch will be provided free for one Coach and one Team Manager from each Club. Parking is available onsite and close by.\n \n\n \n\n \n\n
