The top 6 fastest 200IM girls and boys in both age groups 14&under and 15&over plus 2 reserves, will be announced after event 12. The swimmers MUST advice New Ross at the announcers table that they intend to participate after their name is called. The event consists of 5 rounds of 50m swims, stroke selection based on a draw before the start and immediately after each round. Rounds alternate between males and females every 1.5minutes. There will be a prize for the winners.\n
